HA! FIXED!!!!!!! YES YES YES!
No more clicking!
All I did was tighten the screws a tiny tiny ammount, basically no turn at all! But it made all the difference!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I wouldn't worry about the cracks. That's sometimes common on bolt-on guitars. Nothing to be concerned about, and it's probably just the top layer of clearcoat anyway.
