[img]graemlins/toast.gif[/img] The way I run a setup with a talkbox is to run an A/B box--1 head I use for my normal guitar signal, the other runs to a head that runs directly to the talkbox. The talkbox is an 8 ohm load, but only a 50 watt driver inside. I've been using the new S.Talker talkbox because it's got a 100 watt driver, but it dosen't sound as good as my old Heil talkbox. I knew the thing about pulling 2 out of 4 power tubes to bring down the wattage, so I thought there might be a similar trick for solid state that I didn't know about. Looks like I just have to keep an eye out on the 'Bay for a 50 watter!
