DP156 Humbucker From Hell

I bought this in the early 90's. Diddnt know wtf I was doing or buying. I this thing any good? can i put in in sl2h inplace of my factory s/d's. the jack A$$ from music makers here in austin said it would give me super high gain in the bridge. I put it in a $200 Kramer then Sold the axe and kept the $90 at the time investment. Is it any better than the ones I got?

The HFH is a bright, low-output pickup, similar to the sound of a single coil. Most people use it as a neck pickup. You can use it in the bridge, but it will be extremely bright.
