    Limited Edition 1988 10th Anniversary : preamp?

    Howdy folks.
    I need a new preamp for a Limited Edition 1988 10th Anniversary Jackson, but I'm having trouble finding the right part. Someone has mentioned that it might be the JE 1000 type.
    Any ideas?

    Yep. JE-1000.
    No longer in production, tho. Used ones pop up from time to time, but you may be better off finding something else. Guitar Electronics has a similar unit.
