Single Hum bolt will have a maple/maple strat head

Double Hum bolt will be a maple pointy or a USA Jackson w/sharkies?(I'm thinking double creme pickups or zebras ???

B/Y Star (ESP body) gets a maple/maple strat head w/black headstock

I think Chrome hardware would look best on all. What do you guys think?.............Gary

Agreed the 2 bolts might look a little pale with chrome hardware. I just picked up one of the old non-fine tuner Floyds and thinking that may be the retro ticket for the B/Y one. I believe they were only made in chrome. At least all the ones i've ever seen were.

I actually like the chrome hardware on white guitars, but since you have that cool red-orange-yellow lightning bolt on em, I think a gold trem and knobs would really set em off!
Maybe you can use photoshop see predict what they might look like.

i have a white star body i plan on doing something with one day.
Most likely i will spray some kind of flames on it and most likely black hardware.

i like black and the black chrome hardware best.
chome is cool though.
don't like gold at all.

Period-correct can get screwed in the ear. [img]graemlins/evilimages/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

Take one bolt and put gold on it. Black on the other. Then I'd throw gold on the black/yellow one.

Looks like I'll have to start searching for a gold OFR for the B/Y. Lic copies just don't cut it [img]graemlins/nono.gif[/img] + tuners w/tab @ 90 degrees and some kind of locking nut in gold that won't FU a non trem strat headstock too badly.
I have a spare Chrome OFR and the Non fine tuner one on the way but may save the latter for a future project. Should be done by Christmas with no problem [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ...........Gary
