Floyd Rose in an RR3

hey guys. The Jackson bridge on my RR3 doesn't stay in tune that well, i've had the knife edges looked at and the posts and it seemed to stay in tune for some time untill a few weeks ago. I have an Original Floyd Rose in my Washburn Dime (which i don't use at all). Would the Original Floyd Rose fit into the RR3 fine? i've heard of people doing it to their DK2's but i wondered if it would be the same for an RR3.

Post spacing should be the same, but be sure that the route doesn't need to be modified. Sometimes the base plates are a slightly different shape and don't fit quite right.
