Jackson Custom Shop - using selected wood?

Do the Jackson Custom Shop -

- use seasoned and therefore dryed wood for bodys and necks? By seasoned i mean stored for around 10 years and with a target humidity around 10% for bodys and 5% for necks.

- or do they use wood that has gone through forced aging in drying cabins (6 months), using chemicals to speed up the process?

- offer to install the Buzz Feiten tuning system?

not at all, but i don't think that any of us will know about the wood part of your question. i have no idea if they'll install the feiten system, either. sorry man, i've failed you on this one.

I thought we had some insiders onboard here (or former insiders) with that kind of knowledge. Maybe it's not that interesting to most people, but i'd sure like to know about the wood issue. Anyway, thanks for your answer sully [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
