I'm in love with the sound of the Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup and I want to get a similar humbucking pickup for the neck of my Charvel 650XL (it can't be a full sized humbucker like the Jazz, it's got to be single sized). Is the Duncan Cool Rails an equivalent to the Jazz? If not, what do you recommend?

Re: How does the Cool Rails compare to the Duncan Jazz?
I've got the Cool Rails in the mid position of my 650xl. I think it is an amazing pickup, very vintage humbucker like. However, I wouldn't say it is an equivalent to the Jazz. The Little 59 might be a little closer. With that said, I still prefer the Cool Rails to the Little 59. I don't really think that there is a single coil sized pickup that sounds like the Jazz.
I asked the exact same question on the Duncan forum a while back and these were the two pickups that they came up with (CR and Li'l 59).
