Floyd Rose speedloader

I have a 1987 Model 6 Charvel. I want to replace the licensed Floyd Bridge with a Floyd speedloader. Also I'd like to replace the lock nut also. Is the speed loader an exact fit for the one thats in there, and I'm not sure what the dimension are for the lock nut.

from what I have heard, the speedloader requires a bit of routing on both ends, I think so at least
