Capacitors .01uf vs .1uf

Ok, so I ordered the wrong capacitors for my EMG's. Instead of .1uf I ordered .01uf. If I install .01 caps, what effect will this have on my tone.

just call emg and talk to people untill someone will send you the right one for free. i got them to send me about 3 quick connect wire harnesses for free. just tell them what you need and see what they'll do for ya. they're real cool.

Or, go to an electronic parts store and buy one for about $1.

The cap only affects the tone if you role the tone knob back to the bass side. It roles off high freqs. If you keep the tone knob all the way to the treble side you wont even know its there. I rarely move my tone knob.
