Fender neck on a Dk2m body

no the dk2m is a 24 fret body the fender is 21 or 22

Yes, heel on a fender is 2-3/16" wide where the Jackson neck pocket is 2-1/4" wide.

The issue with 24 fret vs 21-22 fret necks is the location of the heel of the neck from the nut. While the frets are spaced for a 25-1/2" scale neck on both necks the location of the heel is not the same. You want 25" from the nut to the center of the Floyd posts for it to intonate correctly. Since the Fender neck is shorter(heel to nut) it will throw that measurement off.
Hopefully that clears that up a little bit.

I would suggest that you get a 22 fret dinky body instead. Warmoth dinky bodies (they call them Soloist bodies) work with 22 fret Fender-standard necks.

a 22 fret wouldnt intonate as the dk2m is a 24 fret guitar

It will intonate providing you meassure and lineup everything perfectly. You may have to drill new holes for the screws. But in its proper position it will intonate. You could measure the differance of the two necks and place a block in the neck cavity then redrill new holes in the neck.

Technically this could be done but the gap is going to be over 5/8" of an inch and it will shorten the contact of neck heel to pocket from 3" to less than 2-3/8". The fingerboard will not completely cover up the filled in gap so unless it is finished porperly it will not be pleasing to the eye.
