How to tell an OFR bar from Licensed bar?

Always curious about this. Ive got two bars, one has a plastic bushing under the screwdown collar, and the other just has pin through the bar itself under the collar. Which one is the OFR one?

Imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi... Im in... Delaware...

My Floyd Rose Pro has the roll pin, and the one I pulled out my RR3 (licensed) has the plastic washer and a snap ring clip holding it on.
