i have a early 90`s kelly std. im thinking of changing necks to that of a ke-3 just because i like the the sharkies.i can get it professionally done i dont know how much yet. anyway, will this mess up the origional sound of my kelly? i heard some where, mabey here, that a guitar`s tone will change if you start changing wood parts, change necks, cut mass from body, ect.
