Straight replacement for a JT-570 Trem

Nice one chaps, I really appreciate your help. Was it usual for there not to be a recessed trem cover on Model 2s then? this one is just screwed on. On my 475 they are recessed

OK, I just did a little searching, and the '86 Model 2 (the one with the Kahler Fulcrum trem) had a non-recessed trem cavity plate. The '87 & '88 Model 2s had recessed plates. The fact that you have screw-in trem posts also makes sense that this is an '86 Model 2 body, and someone modded it because they didn't like the Fulcrum trem. You may be able to see where they filled in the post holes for the old trem. It had narrower post spacing.
