I don't think it will work. I know an OFR will fit on a Lo-TRS cavity but I don't think a Floyd Rose will fit in an Edge cavity...
But why would you want to? I love the Floyd, but the Edge is my favorite "Non-Floyd" bridge out there. Very fine bridge. I would leave it...I'm angry because you're stupidComment

Mine's been going strong for 20 years... they just don't seem to wear out.
I'm not easy on it either.
I think it's a bit warmer sounding than my OFR's, but that's a personal opinion type of thing.

I put a Floyd in my JEM a couple of months ago! No problems. I love it!
