I want to ask in this thread since its here:
For cabinet (as in amp) construction, will regular Elmers Carpenters glue work? Not going to be too heavy (12" speaker and a Valve Junior Chassis)

For cab work, yes that will be absolutely fine IMHO. I used to work in a furniture cab. shop part time during college, We bought the stuff by the 5 gallon drum. (Lota glue)
