I am interested in purchasing this used 1992 white/creme sl1 that is local to me. I love the guitar, but the problem is the sharkfin inlays seem to be a different level than the fretboard. it feels like they are maybe sticking out a little bit? is this common for older guitars or is it a sign of something else. I really want the guitar but this is driving me away from it
it's kind of annoying to the touch.
