The 58 sounds like a P-90, and was a little noisy like one. The 85 was its replacement. You can still order one from EMG, though.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling. -
Well I installed a 58 in the bridge of my Les Paul, it sounds even better than the 85 did. I really didn't notice that much noise.
