fret question

ive been looking closer and i believe the neck is actually off a kelly std since the jtx professional neck seems to say jtx on the truss rod cover and the one i bought is blank . here is the ebay number if anyone wants to look and tell me. (hope i didn't get F:"@ED on this one but the pics are good and the price seemed reasonable. ebay item number 220216138350

for $54 it's a decent/good deal. It looks like all the black JACKSON tuners are in good condition and those go for around $25 used. The back looks like some one has been playing and it looks like it was drilled 4X in two diffent spots. There are several ways to fill either of those sets of drill holes with HOME DEPOT products.

i got the neck in and its in really descent shape but ill need to fill all 8 holes and redrill. any suggestions for a strong filler would be greatly appreciated.

Use a maple dowel they sell them at most hobby stores.

Is there somebody here who knows exactly the size of the frets that are on SL2H?

I wonder if it's 6150 or 6100?

6100's on most jackson. except for the King V which has 6150's.

Jackson's website says 6105 for the King V and not 6150. That's also the same size on the Mark Morton model.

This is a comparative fret chart with some measures...there are MANY "jumbo" frets...it all depends but how "jumbo" you want them...personally I like the 6100 and 6000.

Just to add on....

I prefer narrow and tall stainless steel frets.
