What kind of preamps did late 80's/early90's Jackson/Charvel guitars use that were known/mistaken as the active ones?? You know the ones that went with the black plastic Jackson logo'd pickups. My stolen 91' SL1 had one in it, and I loved the tone I got out of it with a an EMG 81 on the bridige! Where can you get them??
