I read somewhere that the tuning problems on the G-string have something to do with the fact that the string is unwound.
Originally it was a wound string but when the design changed the tuning problems occurred...or something. Can't really remember exactly.

One thing that may help is to check neck relief. I had an acoustic that would go out of intonation during the change of seasons. I could put it back in tune by adjusting the neck relief, I never had to mess with the bridge/saddle. If you are just out a small amount at the 24th, it could be the cause, it would cause a small difference in the overall length of the neck/space between frets.
