  • Wiring Humbuckers to Mini Switches

I am looking for a wiring diagram to show me how to wire my humbuckers to miniswitches. They are 4 wire humbuckers, and I have On-Off-On mini switches. I want to get Series-Off-Split for each pickup. Can anyone help?

Series should be "do nothing", the default setting.

Off = Ground out the hot lead.

Split = Ground out the middle where the two coils are connected.

To make both functions happen with one on-off-on switch, there are different ways to wire it depending on whether you have a single-pole or double-pole switch. Both are covered here:

Thanks. That is what I was looking for. They are Tom Anderson pickups, by the way.
