The latches on my King V case are broken. Does anybody know where to purchase replacements? The case overall in still in great shape less the latches.

The original latches were like these and I thought that there would be some holes in the case where the latch lock would be (being counter-sunk). Plus, I'd have to drill out the old rivets so I just left them there and replaced them
with this style.

I admit, I was a little lazy as well and just wanted to get it done. Usually I take my time and do it right the first time but I just didn't have the time. I think if I ever have any spare time, I can still remove the old ones replacing them with the correct matching ones. I'll just have a couple of screw holes from the these new latches which I can probably hide better.

Depending on the problem with the latches, you may be able to fix them if they're not completely cracked/broken and/or loose. If you've got a flipper that wont stay in the locked/latched position, you may be able to bend the tab underneath that facilitates this function.
But if it's just busted all to hell and loose, contact whoever made the case.
