Trem arm tips

OK - how do I get the tip off a Fender trem arm? I want to replace the white tip with a black tip.

Or even better - anyone got a site that has Fender trem arms with black tips on them already?

Just unscrew it. The end of the arm is threaded. I change them all the time.
