Completed - '71

Here's a '71 model that is going to a customer in Denmark. The body and neck are black limba, top and headstock veneers are flame maple, fretboard is ebony with my MOP slash inlays, will have a Hipshot 6 screw vintage style trem, stainless steel frets, and Suhr Thornbuckers directly mounted.


Here's the top; a rather unique flame that I'd been saving for a bit.

Neck pocket routed, neck dry fit. Waiting for the bridge to arrive so I can confirm neck angle measurements before moving forward.

When you are spraying bursts is there point of no return? I am not sure i would know when to stop and boom its a sold red guitar.

Once you have to do a few over and over, you kinda get the feel of it. I can't speak for others, but in my experience, less is way more once the clear goes on.
