    Promised Jackson case never arrived

    I bought a Jackson guitar from matt's music center and was promised a guitar case with it but as Jackson ran out of cases at that time it was sent in a cardboard box. Matt promised me to send a case when they became available again but I never got one... This happened over a year ago and dispite a mail sent to Matt (who never replied) I never got this case... What's up?

    I would call his shop. He is a great guy to deal with. I am sure it can be worked out.

      Open a "case" with Jackson.
