Dont know if this section is meant for good deals with non-forum members, but I would like to say kudos to Rick Hunt at EMG customer service. I sent an email inquiring about a new connector for my Afterburner and he responded in less than 24 hours and offered to send a replacement free of charge.
If only all customer service reps cared this much about their products. BTW, on a 2nd note, I give Krank customer service a big fat 0 for customer care. I sent email and left voice mail and called numerous other times in the last week and a half to no avail.
