Just picked up a cool pointy Charvie neck and neck plate from Tom (tmdiamond). The neck was in great condition, packed like a damn tank, and he even sent it Express because he knew I was waiting on it for a project. Now THAT's service! Even threw in some neck screws with the back plate, just in case I didn't have any. It don't get much better than that folks. 3 cheers and beers to Tom! [img]graemlins/toast.gif[/img]

Tony is one of the nicest people around and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I make it a point to pack extremely well, especially after the screwup I made last month in a big multi-guitar trade. Word to the wise: always, always double check to make sure that the trem bar is taped to the outside of the case. I didn't and it decided to migrate around the case a bit. No major damage fortunately. Kicked myself a lot over a moronic oversight. Now, packing is a series of checks and balances. Glad you are happy Tony and post some pics when you're done.
