It was me, I am the instigator, sorry. First I said something to the effect that if WX7 ever pays all the money, then you you through up the BS flag, I saw the post where you sent him money, but didn't really catch the part where there was 22.50 left on it and put that it was 'wrapped-up' then Ron said whoa, it's not wrapped up dude and here we are.

nah...it wasn't you 442...Ron stated that "I" (among others) was saying the deal was wrapped up.

I don't know where in any post on this board that I said that the deal was wrapped up, when I mentioned (publically) that I still owe him $22.50

So Ron caught it on the thread and transposed it into your name Ken, a mistake for sure. Just bear in mind he's been pretty cool and even-tempered about it for 6 months, and try not to get righteously indignant aout it at this late stage of the game. Most people would be a lot uglier about it after 6 months, give him some credit. And above all, once that final $22.50 goes out, it'll all be over for the both of you, right?

I hate to rehash this, Ken, but there have been a few instances where you used phrases to imply that we were all settled up, both in PMs and on the other massive thread (Dudes Who Owe Me Money) when in fact we were not.

In September you did pay me half the amount owed, and there followed over the next couple months a couple instances where you stated - in that thread - that you would be sending the balance in certain timeframes (which didn't happen).
Then, you PMed me around 11/21/04 and used the phrase "done deal"

Ah, the sin of omission I as a Catholic know so well! He didn't create the mistaken impression! Fair enough.I was just focused on the idea that I thought it inappropriate to get indignant about that, even if it were true, after 6 months of stalling and false promises.If I were hanging in the wind like that I'd be completelyapologetic, but I've leared recently that some folks can be completely unapologetic in this situation, even when their apathy is endangering your life. I didn't deal with 6 months' worth though.

The money's basically worthless to me, I have money. I want the guitar I was promised, I was told so far by you and the other guy that someone would ship it to me, I OFFERED to have Fed-X pick it up on my behalf via a call tag and that was refused by your brother or cousion, whoever called me 3 months ago, All you guys would have to do is box it up and this would all go away..............................
