Re: Possible scam......new member Neeradj
jgcable I have given up on buying anything from Diamond since yesterday, so that's not the issue bro. I just feel like I'm accused of something I never even thought of doing. Thomas might say I'm trying to twist things around, but I have those e-mails people, you can just read them for yourself. I would happily drop this argument if Thomas would just admit he's wrong about me, yet every post he's done in this tread he tells you guys how deceiving and threaturous I am, a funny thing is he does keep admitting more his faults and misinterpets. If this were a case in court I'd win it in a nutshot, some of my family have studied law and my father is a jurist. I've started studying law too and the only reason I'm this persistend is because I know I can win this. Not only because I have evidence, but because I'm able to deprive any argument Diamond has used against me and deprived it of it's credibility, how you might ask? By simply stating the truth!
I didn't want the Rhoads, because I played the KE2 for the first time ever at JCF member Ironhead's home. I was stunned at how much better it played than his SD Rhoads. Diamond knows this but neglects to tell you, so you might think I was scamming him with a more expensive guitar. Verifications can be found with Ironhead, he saw my expression, he heard my comments, so he knows how much I love the KE2.
You offering and me requesting are different things Tom, you seem to have gotten that as can be read in your previous post.
Here's a quote of my e-mail clearly stating I don't know how long it takes for the money to arrive at his bank account:
"Ok I understand. I hope the show went well. I can do this, and please this has got fix any trustissues you have with me. I'll pay you in full through Paypal. When the money arrives on your account don't send it yet, US residents can transfer that money to their Bank account right? So you just transfer it to your bank account, so you're absolutely sure I can't do a chargeback. After the money arrives (it's like the same day right?)"
Do they sound forcing? Well I don't know how to instruct a person any way else, or be more kind, except writing please in every sentence
