Re: Possible scam......new member Neeradj

jgcable I have given up on buying anything from Diamond since yesterday, so that's not the issue bro. I just feel like I'm accused of something I never even thought of doing. Thomas might say I'm trying to twist things around, but I have those e-mails people, you can just read them for yourself. I would happily drop this argument if Thomas would just admit he's wrong about me, yet every post he's done in this tread he tells you guys how deceiving and threaturous I am, a funny thing is he does keep admitting more his faults and misinterpets. If this were a case in court I'd win it in a nutshot, some of my family have studied law and my father is a jurist. I've started studying law too and the only reason I'm this persistend is because I know I can win this. Not only because I have evidence, but because I'm able to deprive any argument Diamond has used against me and deprived it of it's credibility, how you might ask? By simply stating the truth!

I didn't want the Rhoads, because I played the KE2 for the first time ever at JCF member Ironhead's home. I was stunned at how much better it played than his SD Rhoads. Diamond knows this but neglects to tell you, so you might think I was scamming him with a more expensive guitar. Verifications can be found with Ironhead, he saw my expression, he heard my comments, so he knows how much I love the KE2.

You offering and me requesting are different things Tom, you seem to have gotten that as can be read in your previous post.

Here's a quote of my e-mail clearly stating I don't know how long it takes for the money to arrive at his bank account:
"Ok I understand. I hope the show went well. I can do this, and please this has got fix any trustissues you have with me. I'll pay you in full through Paypal. When the money arrives on your account don't send it yet, US residents can transfer that money to their Bank account right? So you just transfer it to your bank account, so you're absolutely sure I can't do a chargeback. After the money arrives (it's like the same day right?)"

Do they sound forcing? Well I don't know how to instruct a person any way else, or be more kind, except writing please in every sentence

Tom, you clearly don't know what this section of the forum is all about, and you'll even have a Junior Member tell you:

This section is for either positive remarks about sellers you've rounded off a deal with, or bad sellers. Sure you can put suspsects here, but the way you're trying to back your stories are almost pathetic. If I indeed scammed you, I wouldn't have a foot to stand on in this tread, but I didn't even have any intentions to, so now you've practically handed me the sword to fight back.

I'm not making you look like the bad guy, YOU're making you look like the bad guy. You should've thought about starting this tread before impulsively making it, because you are absolutely wrong and you know it! I've practically offered you money on a silver platter, but you refused it because you didn't like the silver. Fine I would've just taken it back, but instead you decided to trow it in my face.

I feel humiliated just by having to defend myself against this guy, again because I'm being falsely accused. I have found myself looking at this tread at most every half hour, usually it's like 10 minutes. I've just one thing to say to you Thomas: Your impulsive behaviour has not only cost me time, but a load of stress as well. I hope you feel really good about yourself, trying to push around someone you don't even know with a story you can't even back

I agree with what JG said. Drop it/ go to ebay. Nobody thinks you are a scammer. You did not want to pay the taxes and TD did not want to do it your way. Done.

My thoughts exactly, and that's exactly what I've been so desperately trying to prove! I guess this thing has gone far enough, if TD wishes to reply I certainly won't stop him, just make sure you won't go down this road again Tom, like I explained to you in my last e-mail: If this personal vendetta must continue, make sure you direct it to me not to people who are taking the treads in the Feedback section seriously. And I don't blame them, for I also take everything in the Feedback section seriously.

Dude you are a scam sorry but I just have to say that. On a Dutch forum Dutch forum Mr Neeradj wants compassion from other members he is just a little manipulator. Not that I handled correct by reacting sarcastic.. but his behaviour is just making me sick as hell. He’s sucking up with almost everybody and thinks that anyone just like’s him. TMDiamondhead I’m on your side, the little prick is making you black.

Here is the post Translated by wordlingo :

[ QUOTE ]
Some of you know that I want to a matt black Jackson KE2 buy USA, the salesman has however a complete strange manner of to reason. The tale:

JCF member have taken contact with me and said that he are KE2 best, how ever, to me savage send. perfectly nevertheless! Cheap, new, clean. Therefore I say okay I want you by means of Paypal pay. In the following mail he has not shown absolutely no indication to accept this. Until I what re-read how you can get round import duties by saying that the guitar has been sent for the repair to the USA and in the first place of me was. Therefore he does not say no that does I, but I act in one manner, that is way I can be taken up for this (yeah sure!). He wants further not even the packet as a "gift" make a note of. Well okay no problem, therefore he comes with the idea a value of 300 dollars of making a note of so that I less import duties have to pay (that is none commits certainly fraud). But well I went agreed, I lost perhaps money if the packet would be touched lost, but if it damages I was with that money the jet ear let repair by travel then could. Therefore I send mail, he comes of: Yes, but I in fact not at all know you, and European purchasers can withdraw their money by means of Paypal. Therefore I agreed, the money set-up then your bank account or does to something so that I cannot draw it. Therefore he forces me other use manners, I say international transfer, he says that it lasts too long before its bank accepts that and with that be committed fraud can. Therefore he says Union to western, muffler ridiculously because western Union ask enormously high commissions, therefore I say no sorry but my manner of you Pay pal must all faith issues which you have been possible discharge with me on.

Then I got yesterday a mail of that guy, firstly simply very pleasant guy and so, but now he calls me suddenly a swindler, he it to the JCF to that will communicate, some light wrongs. Therefore I think of Jesus what did I wrong and asks him why he has so much effort with simply NO say and the deal call off, because this way I have sense also no more. Banal mail. Therefore I on JCF and there stand tread that I look at a possible swindler am. I have there now taken the edge off already its observations, but I find it in the first place complete very fuckt

I just wanted to share this with you

The arguments Diamond is using are: He tought that i tought that 700 euro’s was less then 800 dollars. I mean I don’t check de valuta changes every day you know.. and I also didn’t think this was so important in the e-mail. Diamond also stated that I was being more aggressive in upcoming mails. I don’t know why he is saying something like that, because i’m saying the word PLEASE like 5 times in every e-mail, that can’t be rude or aggressive

[/ QUOTE ]

You're just a very strange person.. maybe you are ironhead.

Ok, here goes...Firstly, It seems to me that this whole thing was probably a big misunderstanding and neither party was really at fault here... Sometimes things just go that way...
Now secondly, Codex why are you posting other forum threads here? Those are basically the same things he posted here... So what if he's on a different forum asking these questions. What does that matter? Some JCFers belong to other forums and if something happens there, they come here and ask our opinions... It's pretty common.

I told the honest story, if you don't believe me ask forummember Shakeel. Your English is very poor and I don't understand half you just translated. Besides all the guys here know my points already so your efforts of painting me red are futile.

OMG. There's a half hour of my life wasted. I just went back and read two of the three pages of bullshit that was linked off this two (so far) pages of bullshit, and all I can say is this **** needs to stop now.

All of you, all four of you, need to take a chill pill and walk away from this complete and utter childish waste of bandwidth.

As far as I can see, there was no fraud commited here, it was a misunderstanding. Then the rest of it is just a long ass hissy-fit.

All four of you: Grow up. Knock it off.

I agree wholeheartedly! When I first joined the JCF while deployed, I had tons of time to go back and read all previous threads on this forum.. took 3 months BTW. Never have I seen things get this personal, although the political threads were yanked before I was able to read the juicy parts.
