Mark is Da’ MAN.
Mark recently purchased my tuners. When I looked through them a little more thoroughly I realized the little screws were missing. Not a huge ordeal….. But still. I had stated new in the add. So I told Mark about it as I had received a message that he wanted to buy them…… explaining the situation and said I would take less money. So he courteously said ok and asked me what I want for shipping. I figured forget it for the inconvenience of the screws. No big, ya know…….
Well to make a long story short. Not only did he give me the amount I was originally asking for that night, but as well the shipping cost too. WHAT AN AWESOME GUY!!!! YOU ARE THE MAN MARK.
