This is in no way intended to start any bs or sh*tstorm & I've been very hesitant to post this but,after much thought,felt I should so no other members get taken as I did!!
I replied to Alex' Classifieds post on 2/7 saying I'd buy his Bullseye #6018,after some discussion,he replied,done deal,no problems!!
Alex recieved my check in two days & said he'd ship the guitar soon & send me a tracking #!!Cool!!
A few days later,no info,no tracking #!! I asked,what's up??!! He said he was having trouble getting a box to ship it in,I said that I understood as I know how difficult it can be to get one sometimes!! He assured me he'd ship it soon!!
A few days later,no info,no tracking#!!I ask again,what's up??!! He says he's still having trouble finding a box,hasn't cashed my check yet,I said no problem,please let me know & send me a tracking # as soon as it's shipped!! He assured me he'd ship it soon!!
A few days later,no info,no tracking #!! Again I ask,what's up??!!No reply!!Next day he apologized & said he'd been working late but will get a box in a day or so & ship the guitar,but understands if I want to back out(??!!),I said no problem(though at this point I was very frustrated!!)!!
A few days later,no info,no tracking #!!Again I ask,what's up??!! He apologized & said the box he got was too small & he'd would get another that weekend & ship the guitar overnight!! I'm thinking "finally!!" as it had now been over two weeks!!
Monday,no guitar,no tracking #,no info!!
Tuesday,no guitar,no tracking #,no info!!
I ask what's up??!!He replies:
"I know you're going to think I'm an a**hole,but I decided to keep her.
Anyway I'm sorry,but I can't let her go.I Fedexed your check back along with a little extra something."
I did recieve my check back plus a whopping $10.00 extra for all the frustration & disappointment!!Ugghh!!
