So did Micha get his money. The earlier promises by Easton mean nothing cause that what we always get on the phone. I want to know if he came through with the wire? And I don't get how anyone can be called a good guy if he lies and takes other people's money and doesn't feel bad or sorry about it.

excuse my absence, I've been simply waiting for news to post!
sure I'd have let everyone known if the wire-transfer worked out already, but it's just too early for that.
it took me a while to get this BIC, IBAN and whatever you need to wire international together, and sent it to him. he said he'd be wiring on tuesday (got him on the phone immediately!).
sounds realistic to me. I sent him my data on friday evening, at least my bank is closed on saturday around early afternoon, and he's closed himself on sun an mon, so I will call him again this evening to let him confirm.

and of course, you guys will be the first to know if it's working!!!
we'll see in a couple of hours.

did anyone have probs with JCF lately?
I had a call with easton just right after posting last time, but somehow I wasn't able to access again?!? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
I tried on and on the last days and got really bored (and shocked, seeing how much time I used to spend in here... [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ), but all I got was something like fatal error and the maximum time elapsed...
I spend the last days chatting to the kiths in the forum (there where two of them but noone ever replied), which was the most JCF I had...
and now I'm back home everything is working fine!! weird...

anyway, sorry, I missed you guys already... [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]


back to topic; easton said kim didn't have any problems and the transfer went out on monday.
sounds great so far, I will give my bank a visit later and see if it worked out.

I would definitely get a tracking # or equivalent to prove that your $$ is inbound to you.

If this is in fact not the case, I would involve US Federal Authorities in this Micha.

This is fraud, plain and simple what's been going on.

Just my opinion, take it for what it's worth, but I would have lost my mind long ago over this.

Micha, you have acted honorably and showed patience above beyond what would be called considerate. Contact the FBI, contact somebody. Keep making phone calls until you get the proper authorties who can handle this complaint. He stole your money and lied to you several times about sending it back. I have no stake in this and it still pisses me off beyond reason.

I still can't believe Micha has no recourse with Jackson. Kevin Easton was an authorized dealer and an order was placed with him for a custom shop guitar. I would be calling Jackson in AZ and reading someone the riot act until I got some answers or at least some support in solving this. Kevin may not be a dealer now, but you were ripped off buying a Jackson guitar. It's not like you were ripped off by someone posing to be an authorized dealer.
