I think you guys seriously have something akin to a class-action lawsuit on your hands here. I am no lawyer but if he truly owes a sum of thousands of dollars to multiple people I would think you could all ban together and get your cash. I don't know about Texas laws but something isn't right here. I bought from him recently and had NO idea this thread existed at the time. In hindsight, it feels like I ran 55MPH through a room of a thousand flying scissors and came out OK (for the most part) somehow! Effed up man.

As more of these scenarios pop up there may be a "run" on Easton's "bank". When that happens, those who get there first are most apt to get their money or a guitar of equivalent value. Beyond a certain point he's likely to go BK and at that point it's 2 cents on the dollar if you even get on the creditors' list with the court. If I were in your shoes, RIP, I would act fast. In 2 weeks he can be in BK court and you'd be SOL.
