The accountant story is of course BS. I think Kevin is a bad liar. He tolds everyone a different story on why he can't pay or why he couldn't forward the order etc. If he stuck with one story we might actually believe him. Sad.

Very easily, he could have just declared bankruptcy.

You can post a credit to ANY credit card or ATM card if you have merchant CC/ATM services, and they didn't even need to buy anything from you with it. Sometimes I accept payment from my job as credit to my CC account. The company doesn't mind, nor does the credit card bank.

Here we go again. You commend him cause he stole from others not You. It's NOT right to steal from others no matter what troubles you encounter. Nothing makes it ok. It's against the law but it's also something that makes Kevin a bad person. It's not a matter of opinion - It's just wrong.

BUT....

He's not taking ANY initiative of taking care of these people on his own, it takes NUMEROUS emails, phone calls, etc etc for people to get their money on orders he knows damn good and well he can't and won't fill.

He's done the same thing to me. I placed an order for a Deep Candy Red SL1 in July of 04 and in August of 05 Kevin told me that Jackson lost the order and I opted for my $1335 back. He first claimed that I only paid $600 down which is not true. I faxed him a copy of the money order for the full amount that he cashed on August 4th, 2004. Over a month passed and no check. I kept trying to get a hold of him but couldn't. So earlier this month, I reported him to the Better Business Bureau. They emailed me yesterday and he's not even responding to them! I'm going to call and leave multiple messages everyday until I recieve my money from this guy.
