Just for what its worth...I have a bunch of stuff still laying about to be gone over where a guy says its in good working condition before shipping and it has arrived full of shorts from gettin jostled.. but I have also caught guys who have said it worked fine and later recanted "well, I didn't test it that thoroughly" or "someone else packed it"

it can go both ways..as long as the money is sent back.. problem solved...ya all can put the noose away. (and no I'm not trying to dig up the dead here)
