Of course you had first grabs...never heard from ya...never see you on here anymore either.

I've worked it out with joel to buy it back in a year or so...something along those lines. If you want it more than I do, I'll buy it back, and sell it back to you.

BUT I REALLY want it. I'm just in a situation. like you were when you sold it to me. I had some crazy high offers, but no one wanted to offer a reputation as good as joels, and a chance to buy it back... I was not going to sell it if there was no buyback discussed.
