Why didn't ANY of you tell me about this thread/lies/garbage? Ya know, I haven't been around in more than a year I believe, hell maybe 2, but geez, I consider many of you here friends... And for some of you to just jump to conclusions and jump all in on a bash Pat thread because one idiot makes a post accusing me of this horrid act, without ever once emailing me, and asking my side, just absolutely blows me away!!!! And especially after everything I've personally done for A LOT of you and this board, and still do. You guys just sit there and take this as gospel, are you kidding me?

Second, good to see you guys again, well some of you anyway, it's been a while, and no I won't be sticking around, I'm basically going to say what I feel I need to, watch it for a couple of days and I'm done. These boards consume way too much of my time, and I just don't have it these days, so I don't even want to start... 2 kids, 2 companies, etc etc blah blah... And before anyone asks, Zakk's doing great, he'll be 4 in March and perfectly healthy and yes has his own Jackson USA DK.

Now, for some of the questions you've asked...

I "can't" file a claim as I wasn't the one that shipped it, Ian used his account and had it picked up FINALLY, my name was never on the thing. If I had the opportunity to do so? Would I? Doubtful as Ian's wasted more time of my life than I care to give... 7 or so pickups that never came?!?!? That's just wrong in A LOT of ways! So if it were up to me, maybe I would, maybe I wouldn't, but I certainly wouldn't be in a hurry doing so. He would be paying me for my time if I did so, yeh I know that's wrong but this dude's wasted a ton of it already and there wasn't any reason for it, he did it, he did it all... A simple email stating he didn't get a chance to schedule a pickup would have been fine, for a little while anyway... But he doesn't have common courtesy to do this, that's Ian in a nutshell, doesn't give a shit about anyone but Ian...

And why would "he" come here and make these claims? A couple things come to mind and of course, this is just speculation...

1. He tried to backout of the deal 3 times, perhaps 4! Buyers remorse? A little extreme, but you could have probably sold it rather quickly if needed, but there's that wife thing again...

2. It's been a nightmare dealing with Ian from the word go, so who knows? Payback for me dicking him around for 6 months, of course after he did the same for longer actually... But again, Ian doesn't see this as an inconvenience to my family and myself, and that's a large part of his problem...

3. One sure way to get his money back I suppose, but if it didn't happen in shipping, I'd imagine he'd be flurting some insurance fraud charges.

4. Packing? That's the same way I got the guitar shipped to me I believe. I've had several shipped the same way without issue, didn't think anything of it. Weren't these originaly shipped like this? The box was pretty tight with thsoe cases, no? I don't remember personally, so a refresher may be in order here, if it even matters at this point.

5. Basically he fkd me around for well over 6 months, wasted 40+ hrs of MY LIFE waiting for his phantom FedEx pickups, so I in turn fkd him around for 6 months, absolutely!!!! Wouldn't you?!? My payback to Ian was keeping the swag and extras, not trashing this amazing guitar! I figured the swag was worth less than $25 ( keeping ALL sentimental value out of it ) and just a way to say fuck you Ian.... If he wants to press charges for that, go for it.... But he bought a guitar, he was sent a guitar, a mint guitar!

6.This guy has issues, ask his wife or is he divorced now? He's self centered, could absolutely care less about anyone except Ian, he has no concept of manners, etiquette or just plain human decency, Ian's world revolves around Ian and ONLY Ian, he could care less about anyone but himself, even his wife and he's made that crystal clear with this entire fiasco... As long as Ian gets what he wants on the terms he wants and at the time he wants, Ian's a happy guy, he doesn't care who he invconveniences in the process.... Sure he's all nice on the cover, but that's a thick book on the inside...

I believe he forced someone else to sit on their BR when he bought it, not sure how long or the details, but I know it was an inconveniece to this other former BR owner. I didn't realize there were so many storage facility owners here...

You guys believe what you want, but for those of you that know me, know me... And know that I'm pretty passionate about a lot of things and I wear a lot of things on my shoulder, I have absolutely no problem with telling someone how it is, I don't care who they are, who they know or what they do... I call em like I see em! Those of you that know me, know this... For those that don't know me, ask around... I've always gone WAY out of my way for another, I think my history on this forum proves that.

It still really bothers me I just find out about this now, nearly a month later...

It's real easy to just sit and listen and take someone's word as gospel, how so? And I would advise you to get your story straight on the Chuckracer issue, go back and read... There was a lot more to it than, but shallow minds...

If you read the whole thread you'll also see that I characterized you as a good-hearted guy with a short fuse. Is that untrue? You ARE a good-hearted guy, but you went off bad on Chuckracer - a guy who is basically slowly dying, but you begrudged him an Intellifex. You didn't begrudge him saving a guitar, but the Intellifex was worth running him out of here? Anybody know if he's even still with us? I changed IP and lost his info.

Dude, I appreciate the help you gave me, that was awesome. Also recall that Chuck orchestrated the whole thing for me. It saved my life at the time and I'm still grateful, but Chuck was in the same shoes as me, for different conditions. I can imagine how much life that took out of him. That was fucked, and the ultimatum you gave this w3hole board was also fucked.

So, that being the last I heard of you, can you see why this might be plausible? Look at it logically, if it wasn't you you'd agree.

But I'd love to hear your full story. The quotes I've seen above show me some reason for aggravation, I'll give you that. But why withhold the trem plate? Isn't that part of the guitar? Did you pack it internal to the case so it wouldn't move? Anyway, please elaborate.

I can guess what happened, and I'm not taking up for Pat, but he sold it,got the cash and spent it... and there it was, looking at him. Seller's remorse, plain and simple. He always seemed like a cool guy here, but then he also showed a tendency to blow up once in awhile. As a business owner he's used to controlling his world, and when you brought in the police he snapped and committed domestic violence on the guitar.

Like I said, just a guess, and not an excuse. Just a possiblke explanation for desecrating a very rare and meaningful guitar. Some people just can't control their anger. He demanded to be banned here or he'd shut down the board's server, which I assume he was being paid for at the time, because he didn't like some posters' comments on a thread. That's not very professional and shows an inability to control anger. He should see a therapist if he's breaking guitars now.
