Sorry to see a fine guitar, a special Jackson, take abuse like that. Sorry too that a JCF member got screwed, and a former member acting poorly. Hope it all works out...
Kev, don't think for a minute that series was a bad run. In the end it was really great, and it will always be, the final JCF edition. I love mine, and it's still mint, but I do play it and have gigged it several times. Still has factory strings! Rock on, guys.

Sorry to hear (and see) this, Ian. I hope whatever you have in mind for this guy really fucks him in some way - physically, financially, whatever.
This really pisses me off the more I think about it. It's bad enough to do this to any $2500 guitar but in this case it's so much worse because of the guitar it was done to. I became active on this board in the Fall of '04 which seems to be when people were getting these (or had just gotten them). I don't know all of the details of what went into getting them made but I know this was a special guitar for so many reasons and now there is one less of them. What a dick!
BTW - what were some of the ideas for JFC-03?

Damn, Ian. Sorry to hear the whole scenario played out like this. You are a good, honest guy to deal with. I hope whatever remedies you're working on at least bring some closure to the whole deal, in your favor of course.

Super rare collectors piece - there are only 23 original, signed Big Red's left in the world.

Wow that sickens me too see that. I actually cringed when i saw those pics. I have mine and love it to death. It's deffinatly worth the work Kev,Curt, and Sully put into the project. And i am forever apreciative to them for allowing me to be a part of it. Fish man i am so sorry you had to deal with Pats evil side that i figured he had from seeing some of the tyraids he would go on on here. I hope it all works out for you and you get some sort of restitution for this.

That and how by Pat saying that..Fish should roll over to whatever befalls hims as a result.
I see nothing disrespectful Rich, if anything, I see his post as siding with Fish's dilema and being pissed about it.

Thats messed up. Theres no chance that the box got dropped, popped open as well as the case, and the guitar fell out? Then fedex just stuffed it back in and taped it shut again? Id hate to think that someone would do that on purpose.

I don't understand any of it. I met Pat, he was cool as a cucumber to me, i just don't get it. This is from a guy who put down some bread for me when there was the dimebag donation because I didn't have any, this just can't be. But it is, and I'd be there with a couple of "friends". Sorry dude.
