Add in the fact that since Pat returned, Ian has not returned to this thread to post, even though he has logged on. Hmmm....... wonder why that could be.

You sound like Ian now, wanting everyone else to do for you, where is the ethics and consideration with that?

    Again, you're forgiven...

why is it so important to you? Does it directly effect you? apparently not so much that you could look for the ad yourself and instead will wait for an admin to provide a link (assuming they could be bothered)

Pat has expressed his opinion on the keeping of the swag, you and others have expressed theirs. But for some reason, you won't be satisfied until Pat signs your prepared statement. Why?

AK, you're totally beating your point into the ground and making yourself look like an ass. The reason nobody's backing you up is because we were all asked to stay the fuck out of it by several people 4 pages ago.

Sorry for being so slow Pat... the point is its cool to steal if someone is not punctual.

Can you admit it though I will respect you more in the morning?

"I stole what he payed for because he is lame and I beleive its only the right thing to do."

Do you have a copy of this advertisement? If so, please post...

Apparantley most of the other members are cool with you doing this I am just rubbing the point in as I personally am appauld of the BS cosigning.

I just want to make sure no ones mincing words. I am not wanting to name call or start beefs.

The damaged guitar can never be proven how when where just that what was advertised was taken out of spite.

Fact: Dude paid for the guitar $2500 as advertised with all swag.

Fact: Dude did not pick up guitar for a while

Fact: Police actually had to be called and not by pat

Fact: Guitar was destroyed (Somewhere in time)

Fact: No swag written confession swag was taken.

Thats it no more no less so everyone is OK with this?
You're missing a lot of facts/details in the mix, if you're going to summarize, do it right or not at all... Again, you're forgiven...

Just once more, (Forgive me I am slow and not very bright)
The taking of the swag was on the up and up and no one but me or lerxstcat has a problem with that...
... maybe I am going crazy.

Failure to pick something up thats yours is not unethical its just stupid.

lerxscat I did notice you were the only one that did not agree with the swag taking.
The guy paid for the guitar with everything for full price not part misrepresented merchandise I say.

It all comes back to ethics.

If the store did not pay its insurance on time do you send a goon in there to knock a few 20 dollar things over, things only worth 20 dollars nothing else? Thats cool?

"Obviously", you haven't read the last few pages, if you see only one side that lacks ethics.... Either that, or you're just "not very bright"

And Rich, I'm sure if you ask around, you'll find the info you're looking for...
