OK, get this, I offered to buy a guitar part from Fett, (I call him the "other Bill" now) and he refused to sell it to me. I can't say what the part was, because everyone here would be wanting one (and I'm fairly sure he doesn't have a large lot of them) anyway, he said it "isn't for sale", or something like that. I even offered to pay him immediately with Paypal, pay the fees, and everything. He still refused to sell me the part. What should I do?
I know he's got it, I've even seen pictures of it....but he won't sell it to me. Isn't what he's doing actually illegal?? Can I sue for this?
