83SD, sorry for the very very very late post! I was one of the jerks that never thinks of reading/posting this particular part of the forum. Funny, but I made it here today because I read the header of Mr G's post and I thought he was going to blast the Soldano SLO100! That's how I got to your response.

Don't feel too bad about this, it happens all the time and I must admit it used to bug me as well. But then I gave it serious thought at one point. Even though they never left feedback for me, it's not like they were disappointed with the deal or anything, they just didn't think about this area of the forum (much like you). They emailed me and thanked me all over the place and often come back for more so I don't think of it like that anymore.

Everyone is different and thinks differently. Maybe I'm growing up a little and I'm finally realizing not everyone thinks like me and even though it looks like a certain person is being a "dick", they're really not.
