emoticons on the JCF

some emoticons have all lower case letters like the has lol enclosed between a pair of :'s. but the :ROTF: has ROTF all upper-case enclosed in :'s. And then the is Drool2. can they all be standardized? Like all lower-case for example? So, it becomes easier to introduce them without having to say "go advanced" and then scrolling to the one I like and clicking on it?

i think that some of the emoticons come from different sources, so i'm pretty sure that it will stay the way it is.

Yeah, me and emoticons have had some pretty good dealings.
I think I would deal with emoticons again without hesitation.
