Very nice doing business with xenophobe! He really went the extra mile. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars in shipping by making two trips to the post office and shaving critical inches off the packaging. Instead of "fuck off and it's $500 to ship" it was "I want to get you the rate I thought I could get you". No compromise in packaging though, the guitar arrived safe and sound and is now acclimatising to its new digs - which do differ radically from California!

Mike made sure to disclose every little scratch on the guitar even if looking at it now I can't seem to spot them all.
