Last I spoke to him was maybe 2 weeks ago and he was right in the middle of getting ready to move. He told me he would have no internet access for a while so he'd be out of touch ... that's all I know at this point

Guys can we please just stick to the issue at hand. Theres no sense in calling each other out over anything and arguing about what site said what... whats done is done. If he wants to make it right, IM ALL FOR IT, and I have been for the beginning. Ive asked many times to get this settled, all I wanted was communication. I didnt get that, and apparently Im not worth responding to. I know hes been online since my last couple messages have been sent.

Man that really stinks. If Jeremy is moving, it is possible that he has no internet access, so that would explain the lack of contact, and also the lack of funds to give you a refund.
Rob, can you do the warranty work? 80 miles of gas is $40 if you're in a Hummer, well under the $1500 you paid for the guitar. I'm not trying to defend Jeremy here - he is totally responsible for any repairs/refunds, but $40 to get a $1500 guitar fixed seems like a no-brainer to me.ScottComment
