My opinion is I think the language barrier was what made this bad for Alex. Alex may not have understood, but that is not Dave's fault or problem. Dave asked to be paid in one of 2 particular ways and he was not. I have bought stuff from Dave and I will tell you he is a real straight shooter and has always gone above and beyond my expectations.

Dave, as usual, did a great job on another truss rod cover for me which I recieved from him last week.
If you pay him in the way he asks, he does the job.

Dave - just curious, what problems have you had with MoneyGram? I've gotten a half dozen payments via MoneyGram with no problems at all. I just go up to the local grocery store or WalMart and they give me cash.I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.
