Sold me a great Marshall JMP1 a few months ago and even though he packed it like a champ, the goons at USPS managed to damage it to a repair tune of nearly $200.
Bryan followed up with endless paperwork and phone calls and the refund check finally arrived after all this time.
Just about anyone can pull off a great sale but to go that extra mile is beyond respectable in my book.
