Guitars will be in the spotlight during 'January Jam' concert New Philadelphia Times Reporter More than 100 guitarists, students in the New Philadelphia High School and Welty Middle School guitar program, under the direction of Chad S. Roberts, will take the stage at 7 p.m. Jan. 16 when they present their annual “January Jam” guitar concert.
