The amusement of all of it, has caused a lingering stench that I can't seem to subscribe to. However, with much apprehension and valid risk, I managed to embrace the cause and shot that idiot of a Sheriff.
I blame the ball for being over inflated.

The NFL is not easy Patrick. It's probably harder to pick, especially with a parlay of the over under than most sports. Keep this one in mind though, this is a fact.
Home teams cover the spread 67% percent of the time. At least to date. I usually love home teams getting points. Home Dawgs are a good way to go, but in the NFL so much shit happens, you can get hucklefukked at any time.
example- Bengals were home dogs, and they covered, and won outright. Lions were home dogs, covered, and won outright (yay Jeri!!!)
Bucs were home dogs and got lit up and did not cover whatsoever. it's trench warfare out there picking these games Patrick!! This has been an Atomic weekly tip on how to lose money for all of you.
          You're welcome.

the Rams are the new Lions

It will be a high scoring game that's for sure. Aaron Rodgers can put points on the board.

Yeah I wish the Vikings would have gotten Rodgers. He is going to be one of the best in the league I think. Smart guy. Been a long time since the Vikes had a really good quarterback (except for this year).

I don't think their Offensive line will be able to handle the Vikes defense which I think will be the key to the game.

the Vik-o-dins have a better running game and defense, they should win, but after the way the 49ers played them last weekend, I'm undecided right now.

The once prominent pharmacy at Atomic Books had to close. It wasn't the economy, it's just that we wiped ourselves out and lost our license-lol

                          WEEK 4-
Lions +10 / 39 at Bears - underdog is 8-2 in their last 10 meetings between the two.

                          Raiders +10.5/ 42.5 at Texans

Titans +3/ 41.5 at Jaguars, the jags are 1-8 against the spread in their last 9 home games. Attrocious in my eyes.

Ravens +1.5/ 44.5 at Patriots -The ravens are 18-5 against the spread in their last 23 overall. Impressive. They have a shot to win this game, we'll see if new England is truly a contender this weekend.

Bengals -6/ 37.5 at Browns. Home teams getting points, I love that but the browns are 1-10-1 against the spread in their last 12. Deplorable.

Seahawks +10.5/ 44 at Colts, take the over. Dwight freeney is out for two weeks, it will go over 44 by the Colts alone-lol

Jets +7 / 45 at Saints. Game of the week. If the line goes over 7 take the Jets, if not , take the over. The over is 12-1-1 the last 14 home games for the saints, even though both of these teams have great Defense, take the over.

Bucs +7.5 / 37 at Skins - Bucs and under. Under is 8-0 in last 8 Washington home games.

Giants -9 / 42 at Chiefs- Giants straight up. another home team getting points but the Giants are 21-5 against the spread in their last 26 road games. that is phenominal. (I am not a Giant fan whatsoever)

Rams +10 / 37 at 49ers-don't like this game. 49ers are 3-13 against the spread in october in their last 16.

Bills -1.5/ 37 at Dolphins - I like the under. No pennington, Buffalo has a good D. Lots of wildcat O will be run.

Cowboys -3/ 42.5 at Broncos- Take the under. Barber should be playing, Felix Jones out, lots of running in that game.

Chargers +6 / 43 at Steelers- favorite is 6-2 against the spread in their last 8 meetings, but I like the chargers to lose but cover.

                          and.........
Packers +3.5/ 45.5 at Vik-o-dins- Favre against his old team. Hype, hype , hype. That extra half point makes me take the Packers. They are 7-1 against the spread in their last 8 divisional games. Should ahve some scoring too.

no problemo, a very quick example for you-
                              Take the Jet game-
At the moment, they are 7 point underdogs, the line could change though as injury reports come in as the week goes by, and if the scales are tipped in one direction with more money going on one team than the other, bookies will alter that point spread as they like. And the over-under, or point total of the two teams combined scoring is at 45 right now. You can bet that the final combined score will either be over 45 or under 45. You can also bet a "parlay" of the spread and the over-under, which pays you 2 and half to one but you must win both or you're toast.
You can also bet that an underdog will win the game outright, not just cover the points, which is called the "money line". That pays well too.
There are two team teasers, three team teasers, halftime adjusted betting on new lines and over unders, it goes on and on................................................ .
If you bet on the Jets, and they lose by 6 or less, you win your bet. If they lose by 8 or more you lose. If they lose by 7, then it's a "push" but you pay the 10% juice charge to the bookie anyway. But no matter what the line and over under may change to, whatever you book it at is etched in stone.

Side note- Do not ever bet on or against the Jets, they will fukk you viciously either way.
